I am thrilled this cute skirt came with adjustable waist band AND built in shorts!! Skirts with adjustable waist bands are hard to find and longer. My 8 year old is wearing a 10 for length and this looks great. She is skinny but long legs. She was excited to see it come in the mail. It is a little long but my girl is tall. Go smaller if your child has shorter legs.
