This toaster works great! Wanted a stainless toaster and found this one for a great price through the Amazon Warehouse. Arrived in great condition and we have not been disappointed when cooking with it. Toasts evenly and, not sure how to describe this - but the quality of the finished toasted product is much nicer than our old toaster.We also love how after the toast pops up you can lift the lever just a bit more to help you get shorter items out of the unit without burning your fingers. Additionally, there is a bagel setting and a cancel button. I love the cancel button because with our old toaster you had to pull the lever up if you wanted to stop toasting early - which is ultimately what killed the old one as it broke doing this.The stainless color is very nice. And the footprint is also not too wide or deep. I was actually quite surprised since our old toaster was significantly bigger than this one. Although it is small, it doesn't actually sacrifice at all with the size of bread we can fit in it. There just isn't as much filler space in the casing. Probably because this is metal as opposed to plastic.GREAT Toaster!!!
