* It is movie authentic, so there is a certain "power-up" sequence for the switches. I think it's "activate" first, then the other toggles/buttons work.* To activate the end of the wand, flip the green handle and it will extend. Then you can press the orange button to toggle between the 4 modes.* The volume is the silver round button on top.* Check the batteries - if they are weak not all the features work.
