Design OK ,which was why I purchased it. Ordered small, cause no xs available. Received extra large, although the size was covered up by a tiny black strip. Unable to return, cause it would involve more money. Since I could find no tag indicating a new item, I tossed it, instead of donating it. Draw your own conclusions, since the first review did not have the right tone, apparently. Also, I would give this item one star, if I could.
