I was super excited to try these out! I washed them up, coated lightly with the spray that has the flour in it and immediately made banana bread and zucchini bread! It's best to put them on a sturdy sheet pan when filling and when baking... for stability. I was baking breads and muffins on the same pan, so I removed the muffin tins sooner than the bread... I scooted the silicone pans over to the middle of the cookie sheet and in doing so, I did kind of change the shape of the loaf... but nothing major. They're flimsy... it's silicone and not a solid pan... yes, you can see the neat markings on the bottom of the loaf, so if you were to invert them on a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar or something like that, it would look nice. Removal was super simple! I just gently pulled the sides and ends out a bit and it popped right out!! I highly recommend these pans and for me, this was an experiment to see if I would ever use them again... and I certainly would!
