BROUGHT TO YOU FROM SPAIN Ortiz sardines are caught in the Cantabrian Sea, off the northern coast of Spain. To ensure you get sardines of the highest quality, the fish are wild-caught during the natural fishing season, then hand cleaned and briefly fried over in olive oil, before packaging.
